Our ODC

ODC SCOPE

Managed ODC:

A Vendor (GentleMinds) location which connects to Client Infrastructure and whose shall perform services on behalf of Client.
The ODC must be segregated from other clients at GentleMinds’s location.
The work being done on behalf of Client must be performed by dedicated vendor resources.
Client data must be either sent to or accessed from the vendor location (GentleMinds).

OFFSITE DELIVERY CENTRE:

• All Workstations (desktops/ thin-clients/ laptops) used must meet minimum hardware requirements for optimal delivery and productivity.
• Operating system must be on the Client approved list.
• Operating System and Software Requirements as per the requirement from Client.
• Software cannot be deployed by the vendor (GentleMinds) on any machines unless approved by Client.
The vendor must maintain an approved software list including justification which must be provided during site review or upon request from Client.

AUTHENTICATION AND AUTHORIZATION:

The password policy enforced on the ODC workstations must meet Client standards:
• Security Controls- All entrances to the ODC are to be recorded 24x7 via CCTV and biometric access
• Personal laptops are prohibited
• Wi-Fi dongles/cards, USB and other removable media, CDs and other recordable media are prohibited in the ODC.
• Any software/hardware/peripheral hard drives or equipment are prohibited
• Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) - All critical computer and telecommunication equipment must be protected from short-term duration power outages by UPS to ensure redundancy and resiliency across the facility
